• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

• • The item arrives with a factory defect (not caused by the shipping carrier).

  • You receive the wrong item due to an error on our part.

    Exceptions: A return or exchange will only be accepted if:

     

• Timeframe: To qualify for a replacement or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos) of the defect or incorrect item.

• Exclusions: We are not responsible for damage caused during transit by the shipping carrier. In such cases, claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
