Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within one week of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If there are any delays or changes to the shipping timeline, we will notify you promptly via email or instagram Story/Post.

Wholesale Shipping Policy

Wholesale orders do not include shipping charges at checkout. At checkout, shipping may appear as “Free” due to system limitations.
Once your wholesale order is packed, weighed, and ready to ship, the exact shipping cost will be calculated and invoiced separately.

By checking the acknowledgment box and placing your wholesale order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the separate shipping charge that will be billed after packing.

Failed Deliveries & Returned to Sender Items

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, the customer will be notified by email and/or text message. Upon notification, the customer will have seven (7) calendar days to respond and select one of the following options:

  1. Re-Shipment – The customer may request re-shipment of the order. All additional shipping costs incurred for re-shipment shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

  2. Order Cancellation – The customer may request cancellation of the order. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If no response is received within the seven (7) day period, the order will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, the cost of goods will be refunded, but the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Duties & Taxes

Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

  • The customer is responsible for paying these fees.

  • Duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs agency and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

  • We are not able to predict or cover these costs.
